Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with service-related questions in person and over the phone
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and product deliveries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and service records
- Communicate customer needs clearly to technicians and internal teams
- Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
- Support team collaboration while adapting to changing priorities and daily demands
- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, or front office support
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
- Flexible availability, including overtime as needed - peak season may require up to six days/week.
- Hourly pay: $16 – $20 per hour
