Showroom Associate Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to customers in the showroom, on the telephone and via email, delivering on our reputation for quality.
- Extend in-showroom hospitality
- Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
Showroom Operations
- Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
- Keep our store organised and safe, in line with company standards (e.g. dusted fixtures and products, well stocked shelves, straight lampshades, working bulbs and genesis charged everyday etc)
- Make sure all products are labelled and prices are all correct.
Marketing & Events
- Follow guidance from the US president, support event and trade shows as and when , both within our 200 Lex Showroom and across the US and Canada including, but not limited to, supporting the set-up, stock movement, attendance and close down of the events and trade shows.
- General Assisting with customer service (emails and phones) where required.
- Helping with general merchandising and keeping an eye on new stock and making sure products arrived before major launches.
- Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
- Ensuring our Lobby display is updated monthly with new in products/ best sellers.
- Excellent customer service

- Computer literate
- Self-motivated
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail
- Experience in Customer Service, in person, telephone and online customer interactions
- Experience with both retail & trade customers helpful
- Experience in working with multiple internal stakeholders
