We're expanding! As a well-established bridal brand known for our timeless style and exceptional service, we're thrilled to open the doors to a brand-new showroom dedicated to bridesmaid dresses and little white dresses. This space will cater to bridal parties and modern brides looking for something chic, celebratory, and uniquely theirs. We will service walk in customers as well as offering a limited slate of appointments for those seeking an elevated experience.
We’re looking for a dynamic, style-savvy leader to manage this new location—someone who’s passionate about customer experience, team development, and helping women feel confident and beautiful during life’s most memorable moments. SALARY RANGE
$58,000 to $63,000 a year sales commission
This range is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
General responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer phone calls & emails
- Support walk-in clientele
- Host bridesmaid & LWD appointments
- Cultivate rapport with all customers
- Develop knowledge of bridal fashion styles, trends, fit/alterations
- Maintain visual appearance and cleanliness of store to company's standards
- Display all merchandise based on presentation guidelines and replenish all merchandise back to racks from dressing room
- Phone and Email follow-up
- Manage MTO orders
- Track and communicate order status with customers
- Open and close store
Additional managerial responsibilities:
- Daily schedule- assigning appointments
- Delegating daily tasks
- Supporting walk in customers
- Handling customer issues
- Create monthly schedule for the sales team
- Manage time off requests
- Work with Retail Sales Director to manage training of new hires
- Lead by example in upholding customer service and appointment standards
- Hold regular individual and team touch bases
- Hold annual reviews/ sales observations
- Manage & distribute commission reports
- Work with sales team to compile product/experience feedback
- Run monthly sales reports
- Provide feedback to Retail Sales Director
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years retail and/or bridal industry experience preferred
- Must have Saturday availability
- Full time schedule will be as follows
Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
Saturday 10am-6pm
