Role Description This full-time Experiential Marketing Events Manager role is a hybrid position based in Harrisburg, PA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Experiential Marketing Events Manager plans, coordinates, and executes brand experiences, including pop-ups, trade shows, product launches, and partner events that showcase Pooky Lighting’s decorative offerings. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating vendors and venues, overseeing on-site event setup and breakdown, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role collaborates with marketing, sales, and design teams to integrate events into broader campaigns, collect audience insights, and report on event performance and ROI. The Experiential Marketing Events Manager also manages post-event follow-up, tracks leads, and continuously refines the event strategy based on results.

- Strengths in marketing strategy and campaign integration, with familiarity in digital and social media marketing to promote events and capture engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presenting ideas, drafting event materials, and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt quickly on-site and maintain high-quality standards under time constraints.
