The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing a new territory focusing on long term care facilities and urology specialists closing new upsell business targeting urinary tract infections. The Territory Sales Managers will have a best in class offering that is covered and reimbursed by most insurance carriers. Territory Sales Managers will focus on delivering total office calls to the entire account; providers, clinicians, administrative, and support staff. Territory Sales Managers will be well versed in the offering and clinical care workflows to support the clinicians and patients.
This is a field-based sales role.

Responsibilities
- Establish and grow UTI business in targeted accounts with a focus on providing a best-in-class solution and strong customer service.
- Develop and execute access strategy for reach and frequency to long term care facilities; physicians, clinicians, administrative leadership, advanced access providers and support staff.
- Achieve call reach and frequency goals and targeting initiatives.
- Conduct quarterly clinical business reviews with long term care facilities.
- Develop and maintain a business plan to retain and grow existing book of business.
- Provide immediate customer support and collaborate with cross functional partners to resolve customer service issues.
- Provide clinical, and advanced urology subject matter expertise for UTI testing to provide support and solutions to long term care facilities and urologists.
- Maintain and develop advanced urology/ UTI knowledge to support the urology continuum of care and franchise portfolio. Specifically, knowledge of the urology continuum of care for urinary tract infections.
- Conduct regular assessments of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and access barriers to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain knowledge of Ponya Diagnostics testing codes for the urology continuum of care.
- Maintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly.
What You’ll Work On
- Plan, schedule, and execute multilevel sales calls to all levels within organizations.
- Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
- Function as a liaison between the client and the Ponya Diagnostics operations team in relation to client needs.
- Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
- Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service.
- Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
- Provide account management for client’s day to day operations.
- Continuously provide educational material to the client base.
- Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis
- Identifies and builds relationships within the customer organization, maintaining consistently positive rapport.
Territory
- This is a remote field-based sales role
- Two positions are open. Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of proven successful sales experience in either diagnostic or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong technical sales/consultative approach
- Familiar with the regulatory and quality issues that affect day to day operations in this workplace.
