Position Overview
The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports products to the highest professional standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced technician who wants to work in a dealership that understands that the service department is the backbone of the entire operation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
- Perform OEM-recommended maintenance and repairs
- Complete work in accordance with flat-rate standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and parts staff
- Test ride and quality-check units after repair
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Mentor and assist less-experienced technicians
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Document all work performed thoroughly and professionally
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional powersports or motorcycle technician experience
- OEM certifications preferred
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
