We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Service Technician to join our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional maintenance and repair services across various systems. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of systems in commercial or residential properties. Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, and related mechanical equipment in accordance with safety standards and schematics.
- Troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to identify electrical or mechanical faults efficiently.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose problems on-site, providing prompt solutions to minimize downtime.
- Repair air conditioning units, and other mechanical components with precision.
- Utilize welding techniques and mechanical knowledge to fix or modify equipment as needed.
- Follow HVAC design plans and property maintenance schedules to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete reports on repairs performed, and communicate findings clearly to clients or team members.
- Responsible for collecting payment for each job as well as maintaining individual A/R for service, maintenance, or installs performed by the individual.
- Complete all paperwork, picture/videos content on all calls for quality assurance compliance.
Requirements
- EPA certified preferred
- NATE certified optional
- Proven experience as a service technician within construction, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or property maintenance fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, welding, boiler operation
- Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and field service procedures for commercial or residential settings.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
