Hours of Operation: Monday–Saturday 7 AM–8 PM; Sunday 8 AM–8 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Pony Express Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand—ensuring that customers get the best experience possible. From offering personalized recommendations to keeping our location clean and welcoming, you’ll be an important part of what makes Pony Express great.
Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile
- Building relationships to guide customers to the best product options
- Maintaining a clean, inviting space—because a great experience starts with a clean environment!
- Operating car wash equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Collaborating with your team to meet goals and enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for individuals with a can-do attitude, a passion for great service, and a team player mentality. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Positive, energetic personality that loves to help people
- Reliability and a strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset—you’ll work with others to achieve shared goals
- Ability to operate car wash equipment (must be 18 )
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to stay active on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
