What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our company, helping customers with product choices, answering questions, and creating a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll also collaborate with team members to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile
- Assist customers in choosing the best car wash packages and products
- Upsell memberships and additional services to enhance the customer experience
- Build relationships by listening to customers and recommending the right services
- Maintain a clean, organized sales area and assist with light cleaning duties
- Safely and politely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed sales goals
- Stay informed about products, pricing, and current promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, proactive, and team-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Must be 18 to operate certain machinery
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Sales or customer service experience is a strong plus
