Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, with an emphasis on thorough cleaning practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the property.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
• Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks.
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation as needed, following dietary guidelines or client preferences.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with janitorial duties and commercial cleaning standards is desirable.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
