With a roster of over 100 talent spanning 40 million followers, Ponte Firm excels at multi-platform storytelling.
We operate on a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote. In-office Tuesday through Thursday with additional half-day offs Fridays throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Plan, pitch, close and retain influencer talent and brand partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of talent, providing strategic counsel on social media, brand partnerships, and long-term growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry contacts to drive new opportunities and meet revenue goals
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly from start to completion
- Collaborate with the internal Brand Partnerships team to align talent selections, messaging, and campaign strategy with brand objectives
- Identify and develop creative business opportunities and brand extensions based on each talent’s strengths and goals
- Stay informed on social platform trends, industry news, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities
Qualifications
- Required: 2 years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience required for this position
- Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience
- Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects
