We are a growing pond company seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance / Service Technician to join our team! This role involves servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and commercial water features.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on water features
- Diagnose and repair pumps, filtration systems, plumbing, and electrical components
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a service technician or in a similar role
- Experience with plumbing and/or electrical
- Experience with ponds, pools, irrigation, or landscaping
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Motivated to learn new skills and gain experience
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check
