We are currently seeking a part-time Janitorial and Light Maintenance Technician to join our team
Responsibilities for a high-rise building in Myrtle Beach:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and light maintenance
- Janitorial duties to keep high rise building clean
- Other as required in all areas of maintenance & janitorial duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance and janitorial field
- Familiarity with maintenance and janitorial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle a physical workload including:
- The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
- The ability to work in extreme weather
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and after hour on-call responsibilities (rotated unless designated on-site staff)
