Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Developer based in Philadelphia, PA. The Salesforce Developer will focus on building and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions that streamline legal workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support case management processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, IT, and legal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that help drive innovation across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications tailored to legal workflows.
- Integrate Litify (preferred) or similar platforms with firm systems like Docrio and DearLegal.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and automate processes for case intake, reporting, and task management.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and legal teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with legal industry standards.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and SQL.
- Litify experience strongly preferred; knowledge of legal tech ecosystems a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia as a hybrid employee.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range- $100,000.00 annually
