Impact
Supports the overall safety, functionality, and organization of Bank facilities by assisting with purchasing, inventory control, basic facility inspections, mailroom support, and vendor coordination. Delivers consistent service to all locations and ensures internal customers have the environment and resources needed to operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
Performs entry-level facilities support including receiving and stocking supplies, processing requisitions, delivering interoffice mail, conducting basic inspections, and maintaining storage and supply areas. Supports vendor coordination and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operations across the institution.
Essential Functions
Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions. Career enhancement training courses are also available. Please refer to course catalog and management for details.

Employees in this position are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public as they will come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public during regular business hours.

Responsibilities
Performs entry-level facilities support including receiving and stocking supplies, processing requisitions, delivering interoffice mail, conducting basic inspections, and maintaining storage and supply areas. Supports vendor coordination and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operations across the institution.
Essential Functions
- Operate a vehicle to support interoffice deliveries, offsite visits, and facility tasks; requires a valid driver’s license.
- Gather and distribute interoffice mail; provide backup mailroom support.
- Conduct basic facility inspections (lights, tiles, furniture, etc.) and report findings.
- Unlock entrances and disarm alarms before Bank opening.
- Provide support in maintaining the supply room and storage areas.
- Provide support in receiving, logging and distributing supplies for all locations.
- Assist with coordinating vendor visits and providing access to HQ during site work.
- Document vendor activity and report incomplete or unsatisfactory work to the Facility Supervisor and/or Facilities & Vendor Manager.
- Support the Facilities team by updating logs, ticket notes, and inventory entries
- Work cross-functionally with departments to ensure facility needs are communicated and completed.
- Use the ticketing system to log, track, and update routine work orders; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Provide consistent support across multiple Bank locations, including travel to offsite locations as needed.
- Operate a vehicle to support interoffice deliveries, offsite visits, and facility tasks; requires a valid driver’s license.
- Comply with all risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements; complete required training.
- Provide reports and updates to the supervisor and compile requested data.
- Respond to facilities-related inquiries within established timeframes.
- Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.
- Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
