- Greet guests promptly and professionally with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when needed.
- Process guest checks and payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, dining area, and service areas.
- Adhere to all casino and restaurant policies, procedures, and regulatory health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and events within the casino.
- Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or casino environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fast-paced, often noisy casino atmosphere.
