- Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-day paperwork, ensuring accurate transactions and correct change is given to customers.
- Assist with deli prep work and specials as needed
- Handle, prepare, and serve food in accordance with proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked fountain drink station, coffee bar, coolers, and hot box area
- Inspect restroom hourly to ensure they are clean and presentable including lounge area showers, floors, and walls
- Regularly clean and keep front entryway unobstructed; cleaning interior and exterior windows as needed
- Clean and face shelves and cooler doors, rotate and stock inventory, and map floors
- Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement) license and food handler certification
- Provide exceptional internal and external guest service, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while conducting company business.
