Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Basic plumbing skills are required to fix maintenance items such as cloggage and leak repairs.
- Conduct welding tasks as required for facility improvements or repairs (preferable, not required).
- Apply electrical experience to diagnose and resolve electrical issues (preferable, not required).
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
