What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at Magic Maintenance, Inc.?
We are currently seeking reliable people to fill full-time janitorial positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Dust furniture, walls, window ledges
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience in housekeeping/janitorial.
- Medium to heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs., with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 20 lbs.
Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, profit sharing, paid sick leave, vacation and holidays. Part-time employees are eligible for paid sick leave.
Pay: $17.87 - $18.50 per hour
