Job Title: IT Support Technician

Pay: $30-$35/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to support both office and manufacturing environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering timely, accurate support.
Note: Any applicants with a background in billing/receipts/PO's/tracking etct. in additional to the technical support experience are highly sought after.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT user requests and resolve incidents across office and plant environments.
- Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile phone support.
- Support plant operations by participating in IT-related project activities.
- Image, configure, and deliver new computers to users.
- Monitor infrastructure needs and reporting to the central team.
- Manage backup tape changes and ensure proper data handling.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support complex manufacturing applications, including hardwired/wireless connections and Windows server shared folder permissions.
- Troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect client issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project-related work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT Support experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- General knowledge of manufacturing-specific applications and systems, preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems and equipment, a plus.
