Proficient Using CATIA V5-6R 2017 / 3-4-5 Multi-Axis DMG Mori DMU 50
CNC Lathe Programming is a Plus.
CAD/CAM Software & NC Programming
Translate and Post Mfg. Programs to Machine Numerical Coding
Ability to utilize a Fagor & Fanuc Machine Controls is a must
Set-up & Fixturing Experience is a must
Ability to Troubleshoot Programs / Machine Errors to Solve Problems
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Lead & Explain Tasks to Less-Experienced Sub-Ordinates
Must be an Authorized U.S. Person

GD&T Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing is a Plus

Work Independently Preparing Mfg. Readiness which includes Inspection and Approval of First-Piece Set-up
- MasterCam Experience is helpful
- Utilize Various Machine Fanuc Controls
- Knowledgeable to common CNC Machine G-Code & M-Code Editing
- Select Appropriate Tooling Applications with Good Understanding for Feeds & Speed Ratio
- Switch-Out, Touch-Off and Apply Tooling Compensation as necessary
- Provide Effective Set-up Instructions & Tooling List, Holders, Cutters, Etc.
Generate Tool Path & Run-Time Efficiency
- Lean Manufacturing Practices
Prototype / Interchangeable Rapid Set-up /Production Automation / Ramp-up / Components Weldments & Sub-Assemblies
- 3-D Solid Models – Using Solid-Works, AutoCAD, .STP, .IGES, .DXF, files, etc.
- Strong Engineering Drawing Interpretation Skills
- Produce Product with Precision Tight-Tolerances with High Quality Surface Finishes
