Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, Texas, for a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the West Coast territory. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customer relationships, and managing independent sales representatives within assigned territories. Responsibilities include prospecting and customer outreach, conducting sales presentations and capability reviews, identifying opportunities across displays, panel assemblies, PCB assembly, cable and wire harnesses, precision machining, and integrated electromechanical assemblies, and supporting trade shows and industry events. The role works closely with engineering and operations teams to support customer requirements, quotations, and program development. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is expected.
Qualifications
- Outside sales or business development experience in medical, industrial, electronics, manufacturing, automation, or related markets preferred
- Experience managing independent sales representatives or manufacturer representatives preferred
- General understanding of electronics, manufacturing processes, contract manufacturing, or custom-engineered products
- Experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer accounts
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with engineers, buyers, sourcing teams, and program managers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- US West Coast sales experience preferred
