Job description:
In this role, you will support and coordinate order fulfillment activities—primarily for service, as well as rental and system sales—while contributing to inside sales initiatives and marketing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order execution, supporting revenue-generating campaigns, and maintaining high-quality customer data.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Order Fulfillment & Operations
- Manage order processing in IFS Cloud, including purchase orders and service-related transactions
- Coordinate ordering of parts, equipment, and inventory for service and application needs
- Process and track service, rental, and system sales orders end-to-end
- Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented in the system
- Update Business Opportunities and reconcile with orders at month-end
- Close service cases and work orders in a timely manner
- Process incoming deliveries for the Irvine office
- Maintain accurate serial object data and system records in IFS Cloud
Marketing & CRM Support
- Maintain and update customer and contact data in CRM systems (IFS Cloud)
- Enter and qualify new leads to support marketing and sales pipelines
- Ensure ongoing data quality through regular database cleanup and validation
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and supporting website updates
- Support event planning, coordination, and logistics
Inside Sales & Campaign Execution
- Support and execute inside sales initiatives, including calibration campaigns
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to support sales programs and customer outreach
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data review, and process improvement
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and order fullfilment systems is a plus
- Team player that knows how to collaborate effectively
