Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and mixing
• Understanding of resin types, properties, and safe handling
• Ability to lift and handle materials (often up to 55 lbs)
• Willingness to work extended shifts, including nights or weekends
• Clean shaved face for respirator use
