This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and regulatory expectations.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer projects while serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients. This role ensures clear communication, effective problem solving, and successful project delivery.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer projects while serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients. This role ensures clear communication, effective problem solving, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project timelines, scope, and execution plans
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and updates
- Monitor project progress and address risks or issues proactively
- Track scope changes and manage out-of-scope activities
- Lead project meetings, including agendas and status reporting
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to support delivery and invoicing
- Contribute to process improvements within the Project Management Office
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business (advanced degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, or CDMO
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
