What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate - Retail Sales - Plantation position at Polynesian Cultural Center?
Ensures that all guests visiting the various handicraft sales locations receive the best sales service possible by promoting PCC products, processing sales, and coordinating guests' needs with other departments as required. Acts as guests' contact regarding products available, prices, and other services available. Pursues the achievement of store sales and individual performance goals.
Essential Functions:
- Sells and promotes PCC products to guests visiting the various retail sales locations while maintaining a clean attractive work area. Achieves sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Applies quality customer service concepts and practices when processing, exchanging or upgrading guests' purchases.
- Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Takes daily inventory of items stocked in assigned work area.
