Meta Advertising Manager
Location: Greater Houston Area
We’re seeking a Meta Advertising Manager to take ownership of over $600,000 in annual paid social spend, driving measurable growth across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is perfect for a performance-driven marketer who thrives on creative testing, data analysis, and campaign scaling. You’ll manage every stage of the funnel—from strategy and creative collaboration to reporting and optimization—with a focus on profitability and long-term growth.
While Meta will be your main platform, you’ll also experiment with TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging channels to find new acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test video, static, and UGC-style ads that resonate with audiences.
- Own performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and CTR—ensuring efficient budget allocation and consistent improvement.
- Run structured A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and placements to identify scalable winners.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to leadership, influencing strategy and spend.
- Stay on top of trends in paid social and adopt new tools, ad formats, and tactics before competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
- Strong understanding of Meta ad formats, objectives, targeting, and attribution models.
- 3 years in paid social advertising, ideally within e-commerce or growth-focused environments.
- Skilled in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify, and tracking setup (pixels, UTM tags, APIs).
- Analytical and creative thinker comfortable making decisions from data.
- Familiarity with Amazon and Google Ads is a plus for cross-channel coordination.
