Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Support
- Serve as the day-to-day administrative and operational support for the sales team.
- Prepare, complete, and submit retailer onboarding forms, item setup sheets, and vendor compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and product data across CRM and shared sales databases.
- Coordinate follow-ups on customer requests, order status, and sample shipments.
Sample & Asset Management
- Manage all aspects of sample coordination—tracking inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining sample logs.
- Ensure samples are properly labeled, packaged, and shipped to retailers, reps, or trade events.
- Keep product photography, marketing assets, and price sheets up to date for internal and external use.
Sales & Marketing Collateral
- Support the creation and updating of sales presentations, product catalogs, and marketing decks.
- Work closely with marketing and product development to align imagery, copy, and product data for retail submissions.
- Assist in gathering materials and preparing for trade shows, sales meetings, and retail line reviews.
Retail & Order Coordination
- Liaise with logistics and operations to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery to retail partners.
- Track PO confirmations, ship dates, and status updates for key accounts.
- Maintain master sell-in trackers and pricing sheets.
Reporting & Administration
- Update and distribute weekly sales reports and retail tracker summaries.
- Assist in gathering sales data, POS updates, and retailer feedback for team reviews.
- Support coordination of team calendars, calls, and presentations.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales coordination, account support, or retail operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent attention to detail—especially with data entry and retail forms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
