What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor 2nd Shift position at Polycase?
As a General Laborer, you will load/unload material into various machines in our Manufacturing Operations area and run quality checks on all products being produced.
The factory is clean and well lit, and many of the machines are under five years old. The company is committed to providing a safe working environment and offers many little “perks” to its employees, including a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Requirements:
- Lift up to 45lbs
- Meet or exceed production quotas
- Strong safety orientation
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
