HR & Employee Experience Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR & Employee Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our team — from day one onboarding through day-to-day support. You're organized, self-driven, and comfortable creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.
What You'll Own
Onboarding & Orientation
Welcome new hires, complete paperwork, conduct orientations, give facility tours, and introduce employees to our culture and expectations.
Training & Systems
Deliver introductory training on internal platforms (including ExcelForce) and maintain onboarding documentation.
Employee Relations
Be an approachable resource for questions and concerns, escalate when needed, and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
Attendance
Monitor attendance, flag patterns, and keep supervisors informed.
Compensation Administration
Track review timelines, follow up with managers, and keep compensation processes moving.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps, build SOPs, and make things more consistent and scalable over time.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communicator with sharp organizational skills
- High follow-through and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems
- Self-starter who solves problems without waiting to be asked
Manufacturing HR experience is a plus — but drive and ownership matter more.
