The hours for this in-office position are Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. With management approval, the schedule is subject to change to meet business demands. Unauthorized overtime is not permitted. This is not a remote position. Salary for this position is $35,500/year.

Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting was founded in 2001 with the mission of helping people escape the nightmare of owing back taxes. Today, the firm not only assists those who owe back taxes to the IRS or state but also proudly operates as a full-service tax and accounting firm.
What Will You Do?
The Client Specialist is the main point of contact for the firm and provides a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor that sets the tone for a strong relationship between our clients and the firm.
- Communicate with current and potential clients regarding services the firm provides through face-to-face interaction, over the phone, or by email.
- Assist attorneys, accountants, and case managers with client communication.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Maintain company schedule and caller database.
- Maintain and update large, complex spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update case notes in internal case management software.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, printers, postage machines, and scanners.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but may occasionally exceed those levels.
- The lighting in the office may range from moderate to bright (LED lighting.)
- Employees in this role are regularly expected to meet established productivity standards under time constraints.
- Employees in this role may experience frequent periods of pressure, particularly during deadlines and high demand periods.

Physical Demands
The employee in this role:
- must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for approximately 50% of the workday.
- may occasionally be required to move about the office to access computers, telephones, copiers, printers, and other standard office equipment.
- must be able to communicate effectively to convey information so others can understand. This includes the ability to exchange accurate information in verbal and written form.
- must be able to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment, such as telephones, copiers, printers, and scanners.
- must have the visual acuity to observe details at close range (within a few feet), such as reading documents, viewing a computer screen, and inspecting small parts or information.
- must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 20lbs on occasion (e.g., moving boxes within the office to support operational needs).
- may occasionally be required to travel locally to pick up supplies, deliver paperwork to other offices, or retrieve mail from the post office.
- must be able to work an eight-hour shift with a scheduled one-hour break and maintain the agreed-upon work schedule established during the interview process.
- must be able to work remotely during office closures due to inclement weather, power outages, or other emergency situations, if job duties allow.
