Qualified candidates must possess strong initiative, as well as demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues/problems independently. Other essential requirements for this position include the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to develop rapport with co-workers as well as clients; maintain strong working relationships; handle confidential and sensitive information; and possess strong proofreading and typing skills. Working knowledge of iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Chrome River, InTapp.

Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
- Prior law firm experience preferred but not required.
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including the expertise of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience processing expense reimbursements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize and manage files, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Responsible for various administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in managing calendars (using Microsoft Outlook) and travel schedules.
- Experience in billing projects and reviews.
- Other duties, as needed and assigned.
