Core Responsibilities And Requirements
- Manage files, create TOC and TOA, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Manage attorney calendars and travel schedules.
- Assist with billing projects and reviews.
- Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks requiring strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is required.
- Candidates must be versed in Texas State and Federal Court e-filing.
- Must be comfortable acting as an executive assistant dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
