Polovoy Custom Cleaners is looking for YOU to join our team in Pikesville, MD. In this role, you will be inspecting clothing and households sent in for cleaning, providing support to our production team and being responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience.
Responsibilities of the Garment Inspector job are but are not limited to:
- Inspect and tag incoming inventory with control and instruction form
- Receive garments from customers (i.e. create work orders on the computer)
- Return clean items to customers at the counter (take cash, credit cards, and checks)
- Initiate phone/mail/email contact with clients when necessary
- Answer telephones, Multi-task, Face to Face Customer Service
- Perform barcode scan inventories
- Sort dry cleaning items and pre-spot laundered shirts
- Fill in for other employees if needed.

Dulaney Wines and Spirits is looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers with accuracy and enthusiasm. Cashier duties include receiving payments and issuing receipts, selling tickets and merchandise, and collecting money from customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should be available to take evening and weekend shifts when needed. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly with high levels of customer satisfaction.
