What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fund Finance Associate position at Pollack Badawi Group (PBG)?
PBG is currently partnering with an AmLaw 50 law firm on the search for Fund Finance Associates Attorneys (3–6 years of experience) and would love to connect with attorneys interested in learning more.
Qualified candidates will have experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings. Selected candidates will interact extensively with preeminent bank, asset manager and lending clients.
Ideal candidates will have:
• 3–6 years of relevant law firm experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• A desire to build a premier finance practice with outstanding client exposure
