The Fund Finance Association (FFA) is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Associate to help us develop, promote, and execute our industry program offerings that engage members in our Fund Finance Communities!
What You'll Do:
As a Senior Associate, Marketing Programs, you'll be responsible for the execution and promotion of marketing efforts and programs for the Fund Finance Association (FFA) and its ancillary groups, including but not limited to: FFA Cares, NextGen, Diversity in Fund Finance, and Women in Fund Finance (WFF). Programs include the mentorship program, annual awards, and other special initiatives. This role coordinates logistics, communications, and program materials, while collaborating with internal team members and external industry constituents to ensure programs are consistently delivered and aligned with the association’s mission.
Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for FFA Cares. Work with the COO to oversee its operations, fundraising, and marketing efforts. Work alongside Events team members to plan and execute its affiliated events.
- Oversee the development, management, and administration of a structured Fund Finance Industry Mentorship Program, including annual timeline planning, application management, participant selection and pairing, content development and delivery, and feedback collection and implementation.
- Maintain and update the FFA website’s Industry News section to ensure content remains current, well organized, and aligns with the association’s priorities. Monitor industry developments to identify timely and relevant content for inclusion. Track published articles and archive outdated content as needed.
- Manage annual Industry Awards process for FFA and work alongside WFF-focused team members on WFF-specific awards. Manage key components of program execution, including timeline development, nomination process, adherence to selection criteria, and preparation and distribution of program communications.
- Work with the COO to develop and manage an industry job opportunities board; including strategy, structure, revenue model (when applicable), and marketing plan. Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to source and promote opportunities and help establish a scalable process to support program growth and sustainability.
- Create marketing communications – including email campaigns, social media posts (LinkedIn), and website updates – for events and other initiatives as required
- Coordinate, edit, publish, and promote podcasts and newsletters for FFA and WFF, as applicable.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across events and initiatives; including coordination of graphic assets and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Support the development of event marketing strategies to increase attendance and engagement.
- Track and compile post-program/event performance data to help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records
- Support other marketing initiatives and manage special projects, as needed

- 7 – 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with a concentration in Marketing or Communications desirable
- Experience in fund finance or banking/legal industries preferred
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and competing priorities
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Canva and social media (LinkedIn)
- Asana and HubSpot experience preferred
