Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automation Manager based in Corpus Christi, TX. The Automation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing automation processes, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring efficient system performance and reliability. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications
- Expertise in Automation Engineering, Industrial Automation, and Control Systems
- Strong knowledge of Project Management, Operations Management, and Team Leadership
- Proficiency in troubleshooting automation processes and systems
- Experience with programming, monitoring, and maintaining PLCs and HMIs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in the oil and gas or energy sector
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in oil and gas or related industry is a plus
