What You’ll Bring
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct field teams
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, installation methods, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Skilled in planning work sequences, manpower forecasting, and maintaining schedules
- Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- 7 years of commercial plumbing field experience, including supervisory or lead-level responsibility
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred
- Experience supervising plumbing installations on large commercial or industrial projects
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and productivity management
- Familiarity with mechanical construction software platforms a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- OSHA-30 certification is required. If you currently do not possess an OSHA-30, we will give you the opportunity to take the course prior to your employment.*
