Competitive, Transparent Compensation

- $150 commission per completed enrollment, or
- $800 weekly base guarantee
Earnings are uncapped for top performers. Actual results depend on appointment volume, conversion rates, and adherence to all applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled appointments within your assigned territory.
- Conduct compliant presentations of Medicare plans (MAPD, PDP, etc.).
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate coverage.
- Complete enrollments accurately via approved systems (e.g., eCREPS).
- Provide excellent follow-up service and documentation.
Qualified Candidates
- Proven sales experience with a commitment to ethical practices.
- Active Health Insurance License required.
- Knowledge of Medicare compliance (e.g., CMS guidelines, Scope of Appointment).
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
