We’re building a high-performance sales team focused on helping people make better decisions with their Medicare coverage — and getting paid really well doing it.

This is NOT cold calling. You’ll be taking inbound calls from qualified prospects and closing deals in a straightforward, high-trust sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take inbound calls from pre-qualified leads (no cold outreach)
• Help clients understand and enroll in Medicare insurance plans
• Close deals in a simple, consultative sales process
• Follow up with prospects when needed to finalize enrollments
• Track activity and performance (we’re competitive — in a good way)

Compensation
