Key Responsibilities
Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $65,000-$85,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to questions and resolve basic workplace issues
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate training sessions and HR-related programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactive conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- 1–5 years of experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
