This role owns production performance across safety, output, cycle time, cost, and quality, and leads a multi‑shift manufacturing organization through a period of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily fab production execution across all shifts
- Deliver wafer starts, shipments, cycle time, yield, and OTD commitments
- Drive standard work, operating cadence, and performance accountability
- Lead and develop manufacturing managers, shift managers, and supervisors
- Partner with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Planning to resolve constraints
- Drive productivity, cost, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support capacity ramp, customer audits, and compliance requirements (EHS, quality, export controls)
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 12 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Proven leadership of high‑volume, multi‑shift wafer fab operations
- Strong command of fab metrics (CT, OEE, yield, WIP, cost, OTD)
- Director‑level or senior manufacturing leadership experience
- Automotive or high‑reliability semiconductor background
