Role Requirements for a Client Support Associate
- Assist clients with Verizon’s wireless, internet, and bundled services through customer outreach and inbound support
- Guide customers through service options, eligibility verification, and activation steps using CRM tools and sales campaign protocols
- Resolve service issues by coordinating with the Client Support Associate team, escalating provisioning delays, and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales milestones, and support resolutions to support campaign visibility
- Recommend service upgrades and bundled enhancements based on client needs and connectivity goals
- Share client feedback and engagement insights to help refine sales outreach strategies and improve the overall support experience across Verizon’s full product suite.
Qualities That Set You Apart as a Client Support Associate
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in sales, client support, or customer service roles
- Clear communicator and problem-solver, able to guide clients through service options and resolve issues using approved protocols.
