Responsibilities:
- Manage line personnel
- Make can cuts and changeovers
- Make mechanical repairs
- Promote cleanliness of area
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Must understand the company’s commitment to food, safety, quality, and continuous improvement as outlined in the Polar Beverages Safety and Quality Policy and to understand the responsibility for carrying out the outlined principles as an expectation of the job.
- Must understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow employees.
- Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to run all machines
- Fork truck training and certification
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
