Job Descripton:
We're currently seeking installers of any experience level to join our team. No experience required, as on the job training with veteran crews will be provided. Polar Bear promotes from within and rewards those that embrace our culture and excel in their craft. Must be self motivated with a positive attitude. Expected to provide quality work, complete a variety of projects, and comply with job site safety standards. Easy application and hiring process.
Essential Functions:
- Install and replacement of gutters, siding, windows and doors in residential buildings, ensuring that all install guidelines, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Must be able to work under lead, or lead a team depending on experience.
- Must be reliable, punctual, have willingness to learn, knowledge of industry preferred, and be willing to comply with all safety practices.
Required Skills:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Finish carpentry, framing, fence building, or production work are all a plus
- Basic hand tools required to complete tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Ability to work through conflicts, and problem solve complex issues
