Experienced Gutter Installers

Job Summary
All About Service is seeking a Gutter Installer/Helper whose primary responsibility is to assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutter systems while supporting the daily operations of our Gutter Department. In addition to hands-on field work, the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable enough to confidently explain and promote our gutter services, providing customers with a brief walkthrough of the features and benefits of 5K gutters, 6K gutters, and fascia gutter systems to help them understand the best solution for their home.

This position is based in Lynnwood, WA, and requires travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout our service area. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager to support the efficiency of the department’s daily operations. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work safely.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote and advertise All About Service’s gutter repair and installation services while educating customers on available solutions.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutter systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans related to gutter installation projects.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and other tools required for gutter installation and repair.
• Perform related tasks such as caulking, sealing, fixture installation, trim work, and other finishing work to ensure proper gutter performance.
• Pick up and transport materials required for installation jobs.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and team members to complete projects efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and represent All About Service positively at every job site.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in gutter installation, repair, or a similar construction role.
• Previous sales experience with the ability to explain product benefits and recommend appropriate gutter solutions.
• Ability to safely work at heights using ladders and scaffolding.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and other construction equipment safely.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings; knowledge of estimating and inspections is a plus.
• Experience in related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, drywall, flooring, tile, concrete, welding, or restoration is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting materials and performing demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
