Duties

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the assembly line.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications.
• Assist with material handling using forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support mechanical tasks such as minor repairs or adjustments to machinery as needed.
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Document production activities accurately in logs and reports for traceability.

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus but can be provided upon hire.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations or related technical skills are advantageous.
