Position Summary:
The Partnerships Manager is the primary deal-sourcer and relationship builder behind our PokerAtlas PRO Valuetown™ program. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnerships for our PokerAtlas PRO subscribers. You are the engine of partner growth — prospecting new relationships, moving deals through the pipeline, and ensuring that signed partners have everything they need to participate successfully in the program. This is a high-activity, high-reward business development role with meaningful performance-based compensation for strong results.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential brand partners aligned with PokerAtlas PRO member interests and Valuetown™ program standards
- Conduct outreach to prospective partners via email, phone, and other channels to generate interest, schedule meetings, and move deals forward
- Own the full deal cycle from first contact through signed agreement and program onboarding
- Maintain and update the partnership pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of contacts, deal status, and next steps at all times
- Coordinate partner onboarding - collecting assets, confirming offer details, and ensuring partners are set up and ready to participate in the program
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for active partners, ensuring they have what they need and are delivering on their commitments
- Flag partner performance issues, renewals, and escalations to the Program Director
- Assist in preparing materials for partner meetings, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Contribute ideas for new partner categories, program improvements, and outreach strategies
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
- Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close
- Comfortable with cold outreach and moving deals through a pipeline
- Strong communicator with a confident, professional presence in external-facing conversations
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to pipeline tracking and follow-through
- Self-motivated and energized by hitting targets and building something from the ground up
- Proficiency with CRM or pipeline tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple active deals simultaneously
- Experience in loyalty, membership and/or credit card benefit programs is a plus
- Interest in gaming, poker, or the lifestyle/entertainment industry is preferred
