Westbridge Insurance Network (WIN), founded in 2013, is a network of like-minded, independent agencies striving to grow and better each other. Agencies are across the country in Nevada, California, Utah, Missouri, and Florida.
Swarts Manning is seeking a relationship driven Carrier and Partnerships Manager to support and strengthen our insurance carrier partnerships while helping grow and engage our WIN network.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategic relationships both externally with insurance carriers and internally with agency partners.
What You’ll Do
Carrier Partnerships
You will help manage and strengthen relationships with our carrier partners. This includes communication, assisting with appointments, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring alignment between carrier expectations and production goals.
WIN Recruitment
You will actively recruit new agencies to join WIN, communicate the value of membership, and support onboarding and engagement efforts. You will play a key role in helping grow and energize our network.
