We, Poke Chop, are a fast casual restaurant serving Poke Bowls/Burrito and Hawaiian/Asian inspired dishes.
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated team member to join our restaurant team. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality poke bowls and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality poke bowls according to our restaurant's standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them with a smile and answering any questions they may have about our menu
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
